Victorias secret secret reward cards all worth just $10?

I have gotten many of these cards in the past, and with this most recent run of them, i managed to rack up SEVEN of them....BUT not a single one was worth more than the baseline $10. They even advertised that there are more "winners" (cards woth more than just $10) this time! I suspect that NONE of them are ever worth more than the $10 and i was wondering is anyone else has had one that was worth more? I think its just a gimmick, but i'd like to see if i'm wrong....
