Should i do power 90x?

well thats alot to take on. my track and field coach has us do that once a week . ull be really sore and youll ned lots of energy. any power bar after uve worked out is great but if you are working out really hard i usually go to booster juice and get a smoothie with extra protien and that would be my dinner because they are huge and filling and gives u energy !!!
