At Pnc Park, are the baseline box seats lettered the same as the dugout box seats?

I am asking since, I am looking at tickets for row H in the baseline box seats and I am wondering would that be the second row from the field or no. I am asking because the dugout seats start with G which is first row, since I had row J and I was 4th row back from the field.
