If a minor is on informal probation for a non-drug related charge, can they be drug tested?

I got on probation for a non-drug related charge, I got drug tested at the end of my sentence even though I'd never taken a baseline. My probation officer told me I was off of probation and that he was sending my case to the DA. Does the court or DA have the legal right to drug test me even though I've been told I'm not on probation anymore?
