Fetal heart rate was at 117 (35 weeks pg) Should I be concerned? :/?

I got a fetal non-stress test done today & i have to go back for another one in 3 days because her baseline heart rate was so low..Every time I looked at the monitor it was in the low hundreds (like 102-119).. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?? I don't know what to think :/
